Dr. Dre’s Son,Andre Romelle Young Jr Died From an overdose toxicology reports confirmed

As reported months ago, the untimely death of Dr. Dre’s son,Andre Romelle Young Jr. was pending a toxicology report to determine how and why he died in his sleep in August of 2008. The Los Angeles County of Coroner confirmed to PEOPLE on Friday it was an overdose of heroin and morphine that provoked his death.

“This case has been closed, it’s been ruled an accident due to morphine and heroin intoxication,” coroner spokesman Larry Dietz told the magazine.
